D.'s office holiday party is tomorrow night - since I don't have a lot of dressy shoes that are close-toed (thanks to years of hot weather and blood-thinning Decembers in south Florida), I bought a new pair of suede wedges on Endless.com (they offer free overnight shipping!). I know that cute tweed and plaid flats are very much in style, but alas, I'm terribly flat-footed. Flats look hideous on me. And at 5'2, I can use all the extra height I can get.
I would have loved to have gone shoe shopping tonight, but D. scored tickets to tonight's Hornets game, and that sounds much more fun--plus, the Hornets could use more fans in attendance at the Arena.
